Sizes
We offer seven different sizes, all available in portrait or landscape format and there are five folding options. Our most popular size for cafes and restaurants is A3 with a half fold to create an A4 menu with four printed pages. For shorter menus you can go to a minimum flat size of A5. Many customers who use us for takeaway menu printing prefer A4, roll folded to a 1/3 A4. These takeaway menus fit easily into pockets and are handy for posting or mail drops. Folding options
Your menu can be flat or folded. If you’d like it folded, first pick the size you’d like from the flat options online, then choose your preferred fold from the four shown. Depending on your choice, your menu can be two, four or six printed pages.
Paper and finishes
This is where you can make your menus really individual. We have a huge range of papers and finishes available in weights from 100gsm to 350gsm. Our silk coated paper has a smooth sheen and the colours appear rich and clear. Gloss coated paper is very smooth with a shiny surface. The colours appear sharp and the gloss finish means lamination is not always required. Our uncoated paper is more absorbent, making it perfect for writing on. Recycled options are available for our silk and uncoated papers.
Lamination
Many customers choose to have laminated menus, especially if the menus are to be re-used over a long period of time. Lamination protects the paper and is easy to clean. You can choose from matt or gloss lamination. Matt lamination has a soft, contemporary feel, while gloss has a high shine and really brings out your colours.
