"This was the first time I've used this site to get my art printed, and I actually made a mistake when making my order. After forgetting to specify that I wanted 6 different versions of an image, I was contacted directly, so that I could clarify what I was after. After it became apparent that I had made the mistake of forgetting to fill in a section when making my order, I was told that it was not a problem, and that this time, the additional cost for multiple versions would not be applied, meaning I didn't have the nasty surprise of having cancel and re-order! This was a huge help for me, and the prints themselves were fantastic quality and arrived on the estimated day. Very good customer service & I will definitely be using this site again! thank you :) "
