While I wouldn't be able to upload the document without a qualified printer friend, the process was very straightforward and affordable. The books arrived on the day stated. If I can get books printed in Ireland that makes me happy too.

Ordered a saddle-stitched A4 booklet for a company report. Product looked professional and came out right first-time (I followed their instructions about bleed). Customer service via live chat was very good. I pointed out an issue with the website whereby the delivery method was incorrect on checkout and they upgraded my delivery for free. Also, I noticed a typo in the report after I'd submitted it, and the support guy went to check that it hadn't been printed and let me send a new version of the file. The only negative thing I can say is that their 10am deadline for dispatch that day is quite strict - they wouldn't do it for an order made at 10:15am.
