I made an error with my artwork and even though my item was printed and sent to me, DigitalPrinting still asked me to re-submit the correct artwork which they would re-send for free! They even called me to go through my artwork to ensure all was correct this time round. Incredible service.

The top staples are offset slightly to the left, but the fold of the spine has been flattened to compensate. This means that the cover artwork is closer to the edge than we would have liked. Otherwise, we are pleased with the product.

My print job was a bit rushed and I pestered a bit to ensure it would be with us on time, you answered all my queries and sure enough all was good, quality of the print job was good, it was a bit hit or miss as I was unsure of paper thicknesses and quality , in the end finished result was great, thanks
