When we first received the cards they looked fabulous. However, we quickly noticed that no envelopes were included in our package. Called customer service (who were really helpful in truth) and they said they'd dispatch the envelopes that same weekend. They never arrived, as I found out the week after that they'd run out of stock for them. An understandable situation. When we received our envelopes a week later (again, thanks to a very helpful customer service), we noticed that they were way bigger than our actual cards. Rang again and got told that this was the standard size. We've now gone and bought ourselves smaller envelopes which look far better. A shame since the quality of the print was great and we were happy with the Thank You cards themselves. I don't think we'll buy again though.
