The selection and uploading process is clear and easy to follow, and the order confirmation and dispatch emails are reassuring. Best of all, there wasn't a discrepency between my RGB artwork files (which I can't convert), and the (I presume) CMYK printing - this has been an issue with other printers, but the colour match was excellent as was the quality in all other areas. The possibility of having a one-off proof copy - even for a small charge - would be the only improvement to an excellent service. Many thanks.
