I was very happy with the way the staff assisted me as it was the first time that I attempted to have a book bound. I was a little disappointed about the size of the print, but I am not complaining about that, and will definitely use the company again.

This was the first time I had tried this particular online print company. I had been forced to search for a viable alternative after the previous company I used decided to price themselves out of my budget range. However, this was only ever going to be a short-print book for members of my own family, consisting of only a few copies. When I received the books, I was well pleased with the quality and of the prompt delivery time. All recipients of the book hadn't realised that it was going to be so well presented. I will be using this company again when the need arises.
