This was my third order for one off copies of books and again was very pleased. Support staff were excellent in guiding me through the process as I am still very much a novice at this. Would encourage anyone who may feel daunted at the prospect of putting a book together, to go for it, seeking guidance from the staff. There is still a great sense of satisfaction in having your own book in your hand which has been professionally finished to such a high quality.
