I had a very tight deadline and little to no experience in preparing marketing materials for printing. The online resources were a great getting started guide. I found the very helpful online chat support helped answer some of my very specific questions. Ordering, tracking the order and delivery was straightforward. Everything arrived in time for my deadline and looked professional. Print quality was good. (Although if they were to make it better that would be good too.) I ordered some business cards from digital printing. I supplied a pdf, including background colour image and text, with 3mm bleed area and no printers' marks (such as crop marks). I received the cards in 2 days with standard delivery. The cards were packed in small plastic boxes, in a padded envelope, and arrived in perfect condition. The colour and text were reproduced very well. All the text was over 10 point, so I can't say for certain how smaller text would come out. However, the background image had small details and graduated colour, which were printed accurately and nicely. The cropping was very accurate, far better than I had expected. I.e., the cropping really was 3mm from the pdf image edge on each side. I can tell this from details in the background image that were either just in the bleed area or at the edge of the printed area. I had asked for a heavier than normal card, satin finish, laminated on one side. That's what I got. The matte lamination was very fine, very unobtrusive, but definitely there. The satin finish was also nice; not ostentatious. The cards have a quality feel and won't disintegrate quickly in a wallet. I was actually surprised at how good the quality was and at the quick turnaround. The price was also very competitive. I can't find anything negative to write at all - I would if I could.
