I was upset because they turned up later than the time I needed them, however, their customer service checked with the delivery company as I got nervous and refunded me when they arrived too late. The product itself was fantastic. I'll be using this service again in the future.

The actual printing was good but the service was bad in terms of delivery and after care. Though the fault lies with Parcel force the company didn’t help or call me back as promised or even followed up to see if I got the order (which wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to be) I ended up spending all weekend on the phone to parcel force to get it sorted. Still no phone call from the company even though I was promised several.

Very professional customer service and high quality product. Our delivery arrived with twice the quantity we ordered - wondering why this was the case we noticed very minor defections in part of the order. Because 100% of the order quality wasn’t perfect, digitalprinting preemptively doubled our order and it was all received on the original shipping date. Can’t recommend highly enough
