The whole process was really easy and straightforward. Was able to create and edit my book in word and email it to them. They then sent me a copy to review within 24 hours. Once I provided confirmation they then despatched it to my father's home. The whole process (apart from creating the original book) took less than 5 days. A brilliant service.
