I have ordered some more leaflets using the same paper and finish. The leaflets arrived quickly and the quality is good. However, I have to say that it's not as good as my last order which was exceptionally good. They might have upgraded the paper for my first order as the paper certainly feels different this second time. Overall, I am happy with the quality.

I run a branding company and a luxury client of mine needed 1000 invites printed with a very quick turnaround. Most digital printers offer only a heavyweight option for paper whereas DigitalPrinting.co.uk have a wide range of finishes and papers so I was able to stay within the luxury look and feel of our litho printed stationery. The image quality on uncoated paper was fantastic, all edges sized and trimmed properly and they were packaged neatly and well when they arrived on Monday AM, after placing my order late Thursday night. The job was also incredibly good value. I do not usually leave reviews but I was very impressed and I imagine I will be returning frequently.

The quality of paper and print was very good, as expected! The negatives that reduce a star are - (1) shipping is very expensive compared to competitors; (2) there is no online proofing and it wasn't obvious that the orders would be sent to printing immediately once placed. By the time I called for one (3-4 hours after I made the order) the order was already printed and there would be no chance to get it changed. I can see that this can be done to speed up printing/delivery times but it is confusing for your customers switching from a competitor where it might have been mandatory to approve some form of a proof before being sent to printing.

Had an issue with an order a few months after install. DigitalPrinting came back quickly and were receptive of my problem, offering me a replacement which arrived the next day. Very satisfied with the product quality and customer service.
