I would have rated digitalprinting.co.uk as very good except for the fact that I was given poor advice when I asked about the suitability of an aspect of my design which I was concerned would not print well. I was told it would be OK but it wasn't and I am disappointed with that one part of my print run. Otherwise, a really easy site to use, the quality of the print is very good and speed of delivery excellent.
