To start with I wanted to order a specific flyer and was interested to learn more about the difference between different paper quality option, I have contacted the team via an online chat and was very pleased with the support and time they have provided in order for me to have a solid understanding before ordering. My Dad-in-law has been writing his life story over a number of years, and wanted the finished work to be done in an A4 format, with specific ideas for front & back covers, quality of paper etc. Did some research, both online and locally, decided to use Digital Printing online, ordered one copy initially, to check the quality etc. They beat the local printers hands down for EVERYTHING! The cost was substantially less, the quality substantially superior! The website was easy to use, there were many choices of paper etc, but they were very well described, and easy to navigate. There was one query about my order, which was swiftly dealt with, and the finished article was received a few days later - excellent in the lead up to Christmas. The quality surpassed my Dad-in-Laws expectations, and he was delighted with it. An order for 15 copies was made that same day, and they arrived a few days later, well packaged, and all the same excellent quality. Would have no hesitation in using Digital Printing again, and would definitely recommend this company - everything about the experience was second to none!
