This is the third time I have used them and very pleased again. Uploaded the file on Sunday night and the books were delivered on Tuesday. It was a wedding album for my son - printed 30 copies so he could give one to all the family guests - and way better value than the "official" album.

I received quick help through the chat in regards to making sure my document layout was correct. After checking the document for me, they realised an error and were quick to contact me and help with the error, ensuring that I still received it the Friday. This was my first time using DigitalPrinting, although it was a recommendation from a friend. The whole process was really simple and I just had to provide a PDF document for the artwork. They sent me a PDF copy of the final product, and I spotted a slight mistake (mine!). They were very happy to receive modified artwork and sent me another PDF for the amended final product. The finished product was delivered in two days and really exceeded my expectations, and was at a very competitive cost (yes, I did look at other options). I was particularly impressed by the print quality and the binding of the 20 pages. And I have received very positive compliments on the final product. Really well done. I would recommend you to anyone.

As a complete novice, I was amazed at the ease of which everything fitted together. I was beginning to think I was never going to see my work in print. I did contact them late Thursday evening with a query of which one reply, first thing Friday Morning, answered my question. I never rely on my own judgment but everyone who has received a copy was delighted with it

Excellent quality print, paper and service. Digital Printing highlighted an error before printing and sent a digital proof. The website, instructions etc were very easy to use. I highly recommend them.
