Delighted with result and ease of preparing file but disappointed with delivery as parcel was two days late and missed launch party. Tracking was unclear as to what was happening.

Service was amazing. I sent incorrect artwork which arrived, totally my fault but the booklets were required urgently for a wedding in two days time. The customer service rep talked me through how to resupply the artwork correctly, rushed the print job through they posted them out for overnight delivery which arrived the next day. Couldn't ask for more, brilliant quality, cost effective printing and very friendly, helpful customer service. Thanks again for a fantastic job.

I'm making a catalogue for my paintings and wanted good quality printing and paper. DP achieved both of these. There is a great range of papers - I used some of the heavier matt papers at 200/300 gsm. Turnaround was speedy and the service is great value for money. A small niggle - the only part of the process that was a headache was getting paper samples. I requested them several times and waited a few weeks to receive. It would be good to get this right as it can be off putting for potential customers. Everything else is easy, super-prompt and I heartily recommend.

Excellent! I LOVE DigitalPrinting.co.uk. Everything is always perfect and on time, the customer service is excellent and if there is ever an issue it's usually my end and they always call to double check first.

Will be using you again. Very impressed, I probably picked the most expensive options (express delivery) but it was a "rush" job so needs must. Did a great job on my little saddle stitched book, you even made sure the imposition for the centre spread lined up. I've had jobs back where they don't check that. As much I do try to line everything up it's the first time its come back perfect so whether it's you or not i'll give you some credit. I used to use printed.com but the turn around time was too long. I needed it within 2 days. So i thought i'd try someone else. Glad I did. Printed.com just lost my business.

Great turn round. Very professional. Quality great. Because the centre spread artwork had to be separate pages the image that ran over the gutter had a slight break. Never mind, it's not the end of the world. Overall a great job. Thanks
