Very easy to navigate this service. Once I had uploaded my document confirmation was given and I was informed throughout the printing process. There was an issue with the formatting of my document and I received a very polite email asking what I would like to do, this email informed that my order was on hold until they had consulted with me wich I thought was very professional. After I told them what I wanted them to do I received another confirmation that my order was back on and then it all arrived on time. This is a great and convienient service with many delivery options, two of which I have purchased for two different jobs and both arrived at their destinations on time and in secure packaging.

I made an error with my artwork and they offered to re print and ship my correct artwork for free! They even called me to go through it in detail to ensure it was correct.
