I love your service. This is the second time I've used you for product labels and this time I had some business cards and other stickers too. Your pricing is great. The product looks great. Delivery was quick. Communication was excellent and professional, but friendly. The only area for improvement I'd suggest is 'instructions for the non print expert'. The instructions you have, for me (someone with only a copy of publisher, not in the print or design business, but winging it as a startup business and trying to do everything myself) are written for people who already know what they are doing. A real 'idiot's guide' would allow me to save your prepress team having to hold my hand through the process. That said, they are lovely, and I'd miss them!

Excellent customer service pre ordering via Twitter and during the whole ordering process, with advice given as to how best to format the images so they print nicely. Order arrived within a couple of days looking amazing.

I was after some cheap 'sold out' stickers, these were half the price of the previous place I ordered from and the quality is great, and the shipping better because they came flat not in a tube, so went through the letter box. I will definitely order again!
