As usual, the quality of the work was fantastic, and the turnaround was fast. However, they were badly let down by the use of Parcel Force as a courier. The package was being tracked, and first attempt was outside of the alloted time frame (early) so no one was here to receive it, no card was left, therefore no instructions as to how to get it redelivered. much time wasted trying to sort out another delivery and that came early, out of the allotted slot, as well but someone, luckily, was here.

Great customer service and product. There was a problem with the alignment of the artwork on the stickers I ordered but it was remedied immediately after I contacted the company about it. They reprinted and sent them off same day - in time for a big event. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Reliable and good quality printers. Would be nice if artwork was kept on file for longer than 6months to make repeat ordering easier, or at least send an email warning that if action wasn’t taken files would be deleted in x days.
