I've placed a complex order and received a very good customer service. All my questions has been answered in a professional and friendly manner. The order arrived on time an most of my order was correct and good quality. However some of my stickers had not great. About 50 stickers had uneven boarders. (as left side much slimmer than the right boarder). Some of the stickers on the left side had another colour coming through. Also the quantity was wrong on 2 items, instead of 10 leaflets I have received 100. This was odd as order was correct for the other identical items. It felt like job has been completed by two different people where one did a great job and the other didn't really understand the requirements. Overall was accepted, as I got what I needed but I hope it will improve with my next order. Regards Mrs Moore
