My old printers let me down last minute and only told me a day and a half before my delivery deadline that I would no longer be able to receive my brochures on time. This obviously sent me into a panic so I contacted a few printers and found you guys on the internet. I spoke with an EXTREMELY helpful guy Conor on support who talked me through everything and said you would be able to help me and get my order to me in time. He called me to go through the process and I spoke to him the next day and he sorted out everything. Your customer service is outstanding and I will no longer be using my old printers and be coming to you again. Thank you so so much.

So happy with my experience of Digital printing. I used the on screen chat facility after making a mistake while ordering and the customer service person was very helpful and reassuring. The finished product looked very professional and was delivered on time. Definitely recommend.

Service was excellent, I spoke to someone and they were very helpful, I received the books within a week and the quality was very good. The only problem was that I had stupidly entered the incorrect date for my grand daughters birthday on the front cover - a small but crucial mistake. Consequently I will have to arrange for a reprint.
