I can only review the website and the ease of ordering as the goods were delivered elsewhere and I have not seen them. As far as ordering is concerned I found the process extremely user-friendly. The website was clear and precise and I encountered no problems at all. I have heard from the person to whom the goods were delivered that they are delighted with the results but have not seen the finished article myself. My recommendation and score are based on these facts alone. I cannot answer the following questions.
