I would definitely use DigitalPrinting.co.uk again, even though l sent over my artwork they took the time to email me and advise the size wasn’t correct. Not many online printing companies do that and I’m glad they did. Love my design and would definitely use them again.

I ordered business cards which I needed for the next working day. The business cards themselves were of good quality but the delivery options are deceptive - they offer "before 9am" and "before 10am" delivery at a premium cost. I paid postage of £17.95 for delivery before 9am so I could have them for an event that day and they didn't arrive even by 10am. However, the customer service person I spoke to on that day went out of his way to check where my parcel was and although I didn't get my package in time, I was given a refund for more then postage cost which has made me much happier considering it was a frustrating experience. Be aware that the postage times are "a guide", provided by Parcel Force so they aren't guaranteed despite the options of before 9am or before 10am. I would use DigitalPrinting again because of how they handled my call, but I'd be reluctant to pay more for fast delivery.

We have had our business cards printed by our designers in the past but I chose to use digital printing this time for speed and price. The cost was much lower so I was worried we would compromise on quality but they are far better than our previous business cards.

One great thing is that I could speak to a human being! who happened to be polite and helpful. I like the quality of my cards too, One small thing was a request I made for a sample pack which was very late in coming. I would recommend to friends. Keep it up, you have lots of competition from vista print - far too pushy for me, photo box - not so keen on quality.
