My original shipment failed to arrive at my London office due to a series of errors by Parcelforce. I called Digital Printing to report the problems and Chris Stewart arranged for the order to be reprinted and shipped by express courier. The reprint arrived before 1000 the following morning. Excellent recovery from a problem that was not of their making! Highly recommended customer service.

A brilliant website, quick turnround and execllent print quality - overall a fantastic and distinctive service. Thank you. However, I have three small improvements to suggest: 1. Add a field for comments/notes in the order process - this would have made a query that slowed things down slightly for my order unecessary. 2. Provide fuller information about the options as part of the ordering process. The level of spec/advice given about alternatives is rather uneven. Bear in mind not all customers are experts. 3. Is it neccessary to ask whether a poster etc. is landscape or portrait? Does it matter? And in an order that has several versions, it could be a mixture of both.
