Very pleased with the banner I ordered, but ordering on line was very tedious and lengthy as there was a problem with the website, asking me for ever more unnecessary details and my order not being accepted. Problem eventually solved by phoning up, though not until person at the other end accepted that the problem was with the website and not with me...
