I ordered 2 Roll up banners, however the 2nd one was faulty as it was stuck in the base and would not retract. On the website I went onto the live messaging service and spoke to Steve who was brilliant. After I uploaded a short vid of the problem, Steve told me that I would receive another unit with apologies and sure enough 2 days later it arrived and in perfect working order..Thank you Steve and Thank you DigitalPrinting for a brilliant service , I will recommend you without hesitation.
